Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by e-Service di Puzzo Davide or his delegate. In this case, and only when it is charged the cost of shipping the goods travel at our own risk.
In case of theft / loss e-Service di Puzzo Davide agrees to send a new product and, if the same had to be unavailable and / or exhausted, propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the option for the client not to accept this new product and ask for the issue of credit note on the product itself.

Assuming that the carrier is responsible in any capacity by the customer, e-Service di Puzzo Davide not be liable for loss and / or failure of the product from the moment of delivery of goods to the carrier at its stores.
